Stayed in a studio with balcony. A few reviews down, mentions 'not ideal for a family holiday' - who books a hotel next to LK Metro for their family, especially when they've stayed here before, then has the audacity to blame the hotel? Self responsibility is a thing. Who even books a family holiday to Pattaya? Good: • Bathtub in bathroom. • Decent room size. • Large fridge, microwave and cooking facility. • Located in central Pattaya and next to LK Metro. Bad: • Apparently built in 2006, doesn't seem like it's had any kind of refurb in the last 18 years judging by the wear and tear on the furniture and discolouration. • Old-style decor that may appeal to octogenarians, don't think it appeals to the younger crowd including myself. Personally, I wouldn't choose to stay here again unless I was desperate.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the action, but also quiet and offering a good nights sleep in a large comfortable bed with good linen and pillows. Excellent size room and handy kitchenette with large fridge, plenty of cupboard space for clothes. Didnt try the breakfast but plenty of local cheap restaurants. Great location. Over 6 weeks stay and enjoyed it all.

Was about to book this hotel Then checked Tripadvisor as normal and was horrified by the reviews staff stealing money from a room safe with management help why is this hotel still on main line booking sites How can we trust the main booking sites to not put us at risk THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE REMOVED YOU HAVE A DUTY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NOT TO PROMOTE HOTELS LIKE THIS MIKE COBB

Visited hotel many times before, last time before lockdown. Place is tired and in need of a revamp. Mould on walls, cigarette burns on floor, lightbulbs not working, same furniture and curtains since my first visit 20 years ago, low pressure in shower, bath stained and dirty lukewarm water through the pipes when first turned on, no DVD player old tv’s need smart TV’s with apps for any decent channels, I wrote ‘clean me please’ in the dust on top of the fridge and it was still there weeks later when I left to fly home. and that’s just the room. Swimming area has broken and cracked tiles in the pool. Dirty looking old manhole cover, rancid sun beds and old tired cushions, Place is also full of sex tourists and prostitutes. Not ideal for a family holiday. God only knows what’s next door to you, ? Pedophiles. And for the price I’m sure you can get cheaper accommodation especially at this time of year (low season) also charge now for breakfast which Used to be included in room price. Better breakfast outside the hotel at Bars or restaurants and cheaper too. Only positives is the location, and they have improved the Wi-Fi since I was last there 4 year ago.

I’ll just say one of the staff took $3000 out of my safe . Beware , the main desk were involved as well , asked for cctv coverage and unfortunately I told them the days I need to look at , I was told cctv was not working at that time
